TERMS OF SERVICE

General

• You must credit me if you are going to use the commission• I have the right to refuse any order if I don´t feel comfortable with it.• You are entitled to 3 free major changes in the sketch Any changes after that will have an additional charge• Your commission can be published on any of my social media, or used as an example in my info commission web.• In case you doesn't want your commission to be published on my social networks, an extra percentage must be paid for PRIVATE USE.• If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay in comercial use.• If you want the commission without a signature, it will have an extra cost• Don't use the commission in any NFT/IA/Crypto purposes

PAYMENT

• All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.• Payments can be customized, based on customer needs (split payments)• The price may vary depending on the complexity of the character, background details, extra character, pets, plushies, deadline, add-ons & more.• The price increases 10% due to the charge made by paypal and the other monetary transaction platforms at the time of withdrawing the money.• Payment via only PayPal or Wompi (USD.)• If you want your commission done for a specific day, it will have a additional cost depending on how long is the deadline• Payment will be made through PayPal invoices, I will need your email address associated with the PayPal account that you will use to pay.• NO REFUNDS. In case of canceling the commission, it will be stopped and delivered until the most recent progress (sketch, flat color, rendering, etc.) of the artwork. Chargebacks are not accepted. You can't request a refund if I already finished my work or just because you didn't like the drawing. (due to which sketch stages were delivered and he was allowed to make changes.)• I DO NOT make refunds, the money I earn is for the monthly payments of my home, however I offer alternatives, depending on the type of commission, I can make an extra drawing of the character totally free, this can vary from a chibi icon to a half body of my style normal.
• This applies only in the case that it takes more than 3 months in the drawing and doesn't show considerable progress.

TERMS AND HOW TO ORDER

• It takes me one week to 3 moths to make a commission to complete the work (depending on my health, I tend to get sick very easily).• In case you are on a waiting list, you will be notified when your commission is starting.• When the first payment is made, you are agreeing to all my terms and conditions.• If it takes more than of the anticipated time, I will give you a chibi or an icon as compensation for the wait.• I do unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, after you're satisfied with the sketch, no more little changes will be made (except for the flat color), important changes are only 3• Keep in mind that I usually modify the colors a bit according to my artistic style and the harmony of the colors (I use filters, layer modes, etc.)• If my commissions are open, you can send me a DM on Twitter with the type of commission you want and all the details, if they are closed or the available spots are full, I will add you to my waitlist for the next month.• Send me the commission type and the character references (I will only accept graphic references and a brief description, I will also need the important data of the character to be able to advance the commission)• Send me a reference of the pose and facial expression you want (stick drawings are welcome) and if you don't have a clear idea, tell me a bit about the character's personality.
